Responsibility of Minister for Trade and Industry

It is notified for general information that the Prime Minister has, under Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, directed that with effect from 1 May 2018, Mr Chan Chun Sing is charged with the responsibility for the departments and subjects set out in the Schedule and designated as the Minister for Trade and Industry.

Citation

2. This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Trade and Industry) Notification 2018.

Cancellation

3. The following Notifications are cancelled:

(a)	the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Trade and Industry (Trade)) Notification 2015 (G.N. No. S 661/2015);
(b)	the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Trade and Industry (Industry)) Notification 2015 (G.N. No. S 662/2015).
