Responsibility for Portfolio of Minister for Trade and Industry

It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that Mr S Iswaran, Minister, Prime Minister’s Office, shall, with effect from 1st August 2012, be charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Minister for Trade and Industry in so far as such responsibility relates to the departments and subjects specified in the Schedule.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility for the Portfolio of the Minister for Trade and Industry) Notification 2012.
