Responsibility of Minister for Trade and Industry (Trade)

It is notified for general information that the Prime Minister has, under Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, directed that with effect from 1 October 2015, Mr Lim Hng Kiang is charged with the responsibility for the departments and subjects set out in the Schedule and designated as the Minister for Trade and Industry (Trade).

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Trade and Industry (Trade)) Notification 2015.

Cancellation

3. The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Trade and Industry) Notification 2011 (G.N. No. S 302/2011) is cancelled.
