Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility for the Portfolio of the Prime Minister — Delegation) (No. 5) Notification 2010
Delegated Responsibility
It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that Mr Wong Kan Seng, Deputy Prime Minister and Co-ordinating Minister for National Security, Prime Minister’s Office, shall, with effect from 1st January 2011, be charged with the responsibility for the National Population and Talent Division and to advise the Prime Minister on issues concerning population and talent policies across Ministries.
Citation
2.  This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility for the Portfolio of the Prime Minister — Delegation) (No. 5) Notification 2010.
Cancellation
3.  The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility for the Portfolio of the Prime Minister — Delegation) (No. 3) Notification 2010 (G.N. No. S 681/2010) is cancelled.
