Approved Tertiary Institution
It is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 22(6) of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Minister for Manpower has approved the Singapore Management University as an approved tertiary institution for the purposes of section 22 of the Act, with effect from 1st July 2000.
