(Prescribed Amount for Special Account)
Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18B(3)(b) of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Prescribed Amount for Special Account) Notification 2015 and comes into operation on 1 July 2015.

Prescribed amount

2. For the purposes of section 18B of the Act, the prescribed amount is $161,000.

Cancellation

3. The Central Provident Fund (Prescribed Amount for Special Account) Notification 2014 (G.N. No. S 445/2014) is cancelled.
