Central Provident Fund (Amount of Voluntary Contributions) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13B(2) of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Amount of Voluntary Contributions) Notification 2010 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st January 2010.
Amount of voluntary contributions
2.  The amount which a person may contribute voluntarily under section 7(4) or 13B(1) of the Act shall not exceed —
(a)in respect of the year 2010, the sum of $26,775; and
(b)in respect of the year 2011 and every subsequent year, the sum of $27,158.
Cancellation
3.  The Central Provident Fund (Amount of Voluntary Contributions) Notification 2007 (G.N. No. S 323/2007) is cancelled.
