Notification 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 25(4A), 26(4A)(a)(iii)(B), (4B)(a)(ii)(C)(CB) and (4BA)(b)(iii)(B), 26A(7)(b)(ii), 26D(2)(b)(ii) and 27L(8) of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Specified Amount for Payment to Proper Claimant) Notification 2015 and comes into operation on 1 November 2015.
Amount specified for purposes of section 25(4A) of Act
2.  The amount specified for the purposes of section 25(4A) of the Act is $10,000.
Amount specified for purposes of section 26(4A)(a)(iii)(B), (4B)(a)(ii)(C)(CB) and (4BA)(b)(iii)(B) of Act
3.  The amount specified for the purposes of section 26(4A)(a)(iii)(B), (4B)(a)(ii)(C)(CB) and (4BA)(b)(iii)(B) of the Act is $10,000.
Amount specified for purposes of section 26A(7)(b)(ii) of Act
4.  The amount specified for the purposes of section 26A(7)(b)(ii) of the Act is $10,000.
Amount specified for purposes of section 26D(2)(b)(ii) of Act
5.  The amount specified for the purposes of section 26D(2)(b)(ii) of the Act is $10,000.
Amount specified for purposes of section 27L(8) of Act
6.  The amount specified for the purposes of section 27L(8) of the Act is $10,000.
Cancellation
7.  The Central Provident Fund (Specified Amount for Payment to Proper Claimant) Notification 2012 (G.N. No. S 48/2012) is cancelled.
