| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Approved Mortgagees) Notification 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2003. |
| Approved mortgagees |
| 2. The mortgagees set out in the Schedule are hereby approved as mortgagees for the purposes of the Act. |
| Cancellation |
| 3. The Central Provident Fund (Approved Mortgagees) Notification (N 3) is cancelled. |
