(Revocation) Order 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 69 of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Central Provident Fund (Restrictions on Withdrawal from Medisave Account) (Exemption) (Revocation) Order 2016 and come into operation on 1 January 2017.

Revocation

2. The Central Provident Fund (Restrictions on Withdrawal from Medisave Account) (Exemption) Order (O 6) is revoked.
