Central Provident Fund (Prescribed Amount for
Special Account) (No. 2) Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18B(3)(b) of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Prescribed Amount for Special Account) (No. 2) Notification 2015 and comes into operation on 1 January 2016.

Prescribed amount

2. For the purposes of section 18B of the Act, the prescribed amount is $241,500.

Cancellation

3. The Central Provident Fund (Prescribed Amount for Special Account) Notification 2015 (G.N. No. S 392/2015) is cancelled.
