Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Composition of Offences) Regulations.

Offences which may be compounded

2. The following offences may be compounded by the Commissioner in accordance with section 53(1) of the Act:

(a)

any offence under the following sections of the Act:

(i)	section 6, 9, 12 or 14(4), each read with section 15;
(ii)	section 16 (1) or (2), 17(1), 18, 20, 21 or 22(3), each read with section 24;
(iii)	section 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 or 30(9), each read with section 35; and
(iv)	section 38 or 48; and

(b)

any offence under the Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Registration, Licensing and Certification) Regulations (Rg 3).
