Children and Young Persons (Place of Safety) Notification 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27(a) of the Children and Young Persons Act, the Minister for Community Development and Sports hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Children and Young Persons (Place of Safety) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 3rd April 2004.

Place of safety

2. The Minister hereby appoints The TENT, 1034 Upper Serangoon Road, Singapore 534797, to be a place of safety under the Act.

Cancellation

3. Gazette Notification No. S 418/2002 is cancelled.
