Children and Young Persons (Place of Safety) (No. 3) Notification 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27(a) of the Children and Young Persons Act, the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Children and Young Persons (Place of Safety) (No. 3) Notification 2006.

Place of safety

2. The Minister hereby appoints Sunbeam Place, 28 Hong San Terrace, Singapore 688247, to be a place of safety under the Act, with effect from 12th June 2006.
