| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification is the Children and Young Persons (Place of Detention) Notification 2019 and comes into operation on 15 November 2019. |

| 2. The Minister appoints the Singapore Boys’ Home, 3 Bulim Drive, Singapore 648172, to be a place of detention for the purposes of the Act. |
| Cancellation |
| 3. The Notification relating to Place of Detention (G.N. No. S 46/1999) is cancelled. |
