Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption)
Notification 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Dangerous Fireworks Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) Notification 2014.

Exemption

2. Section 3 of the Act shall not apply in respect of dangerous fireworks used in a fireworks display executed by Glorious (S) Pte Ltd (referred to in this Notification as the exempted person) for or on behalf of any person at the event specified in Part I of the Schedule in accordance with the conditions specified in Part II thereof.

Application

3. The Dangerous Fireworks (Annual Exemption) Notification 2013 (G.N. No. S 173/2013) shall not apply to any fireworks display executed by the exempted person for or on behalf of any person at the event specified in Part I of the Schedule.
