Dental Registration
(Member of Singapore Dental Council —
Exemption) Order 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61A of the Dental Registration Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Dental Registration (Member of Singapore Dental Council — Exemption) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 1 May 2021.

Exemption

2.—(1) Subject to sub‑paragraph (2), section 7(a) of the Act does not apply to Professor Patrick Finbarr Allen.

(2) The exemption in sub‑paragraph (1) is subject to the condition that Professor Patrick Finbarr Allen is the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry of the National University of Singapore.
