Electricity Act (Commencement) Notification 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Electricity Act 2001, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Electricity Act (Commencement) Notification 2001.
2.  The Electricity Act 2001 shall, with the exception of Parts III to X, sections 94 to 104 and section 105 (1) and (2), come into operation on 1st April 2001.
