Exchange Control (Continuance of Act)
Notification 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(3) of the Exchange Control Act, Deputy Prime Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam, charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister as regards the Monetary Authority of Singapore, hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Exchange Control (Continuance of Act) Notification 2013.

Continuance of Act

2. The period during which the Act shall remain in force is extended to 31st December 2023.
