Citation

1. These Rules may be cited as the Environmental Public Health (Composition of Offences) Rules.

Offences which may be compounded

2. The following offences may be compounded by the Commissioner of Public Health in accordance with section 104(1) of the Act:

(a)	offences under sections 17(2), 18(1) and (2), 20(1), (2) and (10), 32(1), 33, 34(1), 37(3), 38(1), 39(2), 58(2) and 69 of the Act; [S 450/95 wef 16/10/95]
(b)	offences under regulation 16 of the Environmental Public Health (Public Cleansing) Regulations; [S 478/98 wef 14/09/98]
(c)	offences under regulations 5, 6, 7, 9, 9A, 10, 11(a), (b), (c), (d) and (f), 11A, 11B, 12(3) and (4), 13(1), (3), (4) and (6), 14, 15, 16(1), (2)(b) and (c) and (3), 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22(a), (c), (d), (e) and (f), 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28 of the Environmental Public Health (Food Hygiene) Regulations; and [S 478/98 wef 14/09/98] [S 472/99 wef 01/01/99]
