The Minister for the Environment has appointed —
(1)the Director of Environmental Policy and Management Division of the Ministry of the Environment, to be the Director of Environmental Pollution Control; and
(2)the Superscale officers of the Environmental Policy and Management Division of the Ministry of the Environment, to be the Assistant Directors of Environmental Pollution Control.
