Endangered Species (Import and Export) (Fees) Rules 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Endangered Species (Import and Export) (Fees) Rules 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1997.

Fees

2. The fees set out in the second column of the Schedule shall be payable to the Director of Primary Production in respect of the matters set out in the first column thereof.

Revocation

3. The Endangered Species (Import and Export) (Fees) Rules (R 1) are revoked.
