Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Electrical Workers and Contractors Licensing (Composition of Offences) Regulations.

Power to compound

2. The offences referred to in —

(a)	section 6(1) and (2) of the Act; and
(b)	regulations 16, 19, 25 and 39 of the Electrical Workers and Contractors Licensing Regulations, [Rg 1.]

may be compounded by the Public Utilities Board in accordance with section 14 of the Act.
