Employment (Approved Hospitals) Notification 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “approved hospital” in section 2 of the Employment Act, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Employment (Approved Hospitals) Notification 2006 and shall come into operation on 9th May 2006.

Approved hospitals

2. The hospitals set out in the Schedule are hereby declared to be approved hospitals for the purposes of the Act.

Cancellation

3. The Employment (Approved Hospitals) Notification (N 3) is cancelled.
