Citation

1. These Rules may be cited as the Fisheries (Composition of Offences) Rules.

Compoundable offences

2. The following offences may be compounded by the Director in accordance with section 20(1) of the Act:

(a)	any offence under the Act except section 14; and
(b)	any offence under any rules made under the Act except the Fisheries (Piranha) Rules. [R 3.]
