| Citation |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Films (Fees) Regulations. |
| Fees payable |
| 2. The fees set out in the Schedule shall be payable to the Board of Films Censors. |
| No fees leviable |
| 3. No fees shall be leviable for censoring original cinematograph films, video tapes, video discs or copies that are educational or religious in nature and not meant for profit. |
