In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Foreign National Emblems (Control of Display) Act 1949, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order is the Foreign National Emblems (Control of Display) (Women’s World Floorball Championships 2023 — Exemption) Order 2023.

Exemption

2.—(1) Section 3 of the Act does not apply to the display of a relevant foreign national emblem at the Singapore Sports Hub from 1 December 2023 to 13 December 2023 (both dates inclusive).

(2) For the purposes of sub‑paragraph (1), the relevant foreign national emblems are the national flags of the following countries:

(a)	Australia;
(b)	Czech Republic;
(c)	Denmark;
(d)	Estonia;
(e)	Finland;
(f)	France;
(g)	Germany;
(h)	Japan;
(i)	Latvia;
(j)	Norway;
(k)	Poland;
(l)	Slovakia;
(m)	Sweden;
(n)	Switzerland;
(o)	United States of America.
