Occupier or Owner of Industrial Premises to Appoint Fire Safety Managers

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 22(1) of the Fire Safety Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby specifies that, with effect from 15th June 1997, the premises occupied or owned by the companies set out in the Schedule shall be premises in respect of which the owner or occupier is required to appoint a fire safety manager.
