Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Free Trade Zones (Appointment of Authorities to Administer Free Trade Zones) Notification.

Authorities to administer free trade zones

2.—(1) The Port of Singapore Authority is the authority to administer, maintain and operate —

(a)	the Port of Singapore — Free Trade Zone;
(b)	the Port of Singapore (Jurong Port) — Free Trade Zone;
(c)	the Port of Singapore (Sembawang Wharves) — Free Trade Zone; and
(d)	the Port of Singapore (Pasir Panjang Wharves) — Free Trade Zone.

(2) The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore is the authority to administer, maintain and operate the Changi Airport Cargo Terminal Complex — Free Trade Zone.
