Fees (Storage of Ashes in Government Columbaria) (Consolidation) Order

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Storage of Ashes in Government Columbaria) (Consolidation) Order.

Fee in respect of Columbaria

2. A fee of $300 shall be payable to the Ministry of the Environment for the storage of ashes in a niche at any Government Columbaria.

Fee in respect of Columbaria Extension

3.—(1) Notwithstanding paragraph 2, the fee payable to the Ministry of the Environment for the storage of ashes in —

(a)

the Mount Vernon Columbaria Extension shall be as set out in the Schedule; and

(b)

the Mount Vernon Columbaria Extension (Second Phase and Third Phase) and Mandai Columbaria shall be —

(i)	$500 for a single niche; and
(ii)	$900 for a double niche. [S269/96 wef 01/07/1996] [23.12.83]

(2) In addition to the fee payable under sub-paragraph (1)(b), an applicant may on payment of a fee of $250 select a single or a double niche, as the case may be, from the available niches.
