Fees (Electrostatic, Micrographic and Other Processes Reproductions of Survey Department Maps, Plans and Records) Order 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Electrostatic, Micrographic and Other Processes Reproductions of Survey Department Maps, Plans and Records) Order 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1996.

2. The fee payable in advance for electrostatic, micrographic and other processes reproductions of Survey Department maps, plans and records shall be $10 for each copy.

3. In this Order, “maps, plans and records” includes cadastral base maps, certified plans, survey plans, assurance plans, strata title plans, field books, field details and calculation volumes which the officer-in-charge thereof shall, in his discretion, permit to be reproduced.

4. The Fees (Photographic, Electrostatic, Diazo or Micrographics Reproductions of Survey Department Maps, Plans and Records) Order is revoked.
