| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Ministry of Defence) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2010. |
| Fees |
| 2. There shall be payable to the Ministry of Defence in respect of the matters specified in the first column of the Schedule the fees specified opposite thereto in the second column thereof. |
| Revocation |
| 3. The Fees (Ministry of Defence) Order (O 1) is revoked. |
Made this 29th day of March 2010.
