Fees (Trade Marks Act – Border Enforcement Measures) Order 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Fees (Trade Marks Act – Border Enforcement Measures) Order 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2002.
Definitions
2.  In this Order —
“authorised officer” and “Director-General” have the same meanings, respectively, as in section 81 of the Trade Marks Act (Cap. 332);
“conveyance” has the same meaning as in the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act (Cap. 272A);
“seized goods” means goods which were seized by an authorised officer under section 82 of the Trade Marks Act.
Fees
3.  There shall be payable to the Director-General in respect of the matters set out in the first column of the Schedule the fees set out opposite thereto in the second column thereof.
Revocation
4.  The Fees (Trade Marks Act – Border Enforcement Measures) Order (O 40B) is revoked.
