(Family Justice Courts) Order 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Family Justice Courts) Order 2014.

Definition of “Registrar”

2. In this Order, “Registrar” means the registrar, the deputy registrar or an assistant registrar of the Family Justice Courts.

Fees

3. In relation to any application to a Family Court made under Part VII or VIII of the Women’s Charter (Cap. 353), the fees specified in the second column of the Schedule shall be payable to the Registrar in respect of the matters specified opposite in the first column.

Waiver, remission or refund of fees

4. The Registrar may, as he thinks fit, waive, remit or refund, wholly or in part, any fee paid or payable under this Order.
