In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Immigration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification is the Immigration (Temporary Authorised Departing Place — 15^th SAFYC Horsburgh Challenge) Notification 2020.

Temporary authorised departing place

2. Changi Sailing Club at 32 Netheravon Road, Singapore 508508, is an authorised departing place only for —

(a)	the separate and exclusive immigration clearance of persons leaving Singapore by sea on any vessel participating in the “15^th SAFYC Horsburgh Challenge” event; and
(b)	the period starting at 5 a.m. and ending at 9 a.m. on 22 February 2020.
