Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Health) Notification 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36(1) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Health) Notification 2002 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st April 2001.

Delegation of powers

2. The Minister for Health, with the approval of the President, hereby deputes the Director, Centre for Pharmaceutical Administration, to exercise the powers of the Minister under section 3(2) of the Smoking (Control of Advertisements and Sale of Tobacco) Act (Cap. 309).
