| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Law) Notification 2009 and shall come into operation on 11th June 2009. |

| 2. The Minister for Law hereby deputes the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Law, to exercise the powers of the Minister under section 56Q(8) of the Bankruptcy Act (Cap. 20). |
