Interpretation Act — Temporary Reduction of Charges under the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing Systems) Rules

It is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 46(2) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Communications and Information Technology has ordered that, for the period 20th November 2000 to 29th December 2000, the road user charges payable under the First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules (Cap. 276, R 38) (referred to as the Rules) in respect of any vehicle ridden, driven or moved past any specified entry point set out in the First, Second, Third and Fourth Schedules shall be reduced wholly or in part as specified in the second column thereof:
