| 1. This Order may be cited as the Interpretation (Temporary Reduction of Electronic Road Pricing System Charges) (No. 2) Order 2008. |
| Temporary reduction of charges |
| 2. For the period 15th November 2008 to 31st December 2008 (both dates inclusive), the road-user charges payable under the First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules 2007 (G.N. No. S 738/2007) in respect of any motor vehicle ridden, driven or moved into a specified entry point on a specified road set out in the First to the Tenth Schedules shall be reduced wholly or in part as specified in the second column thereof. |
