Interpretation (Temporary Reduction of Electronic Road Pricing System Charges) (No. 2) Order 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 46(2) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Interpretation (Temporary Reduction of Electronic Road Pricing System Charges) (No. 2) Order 2004.

Temporary reduction of charges

2. For the period 22nd November 2004 to 31st December 2004 (both dates inclusive), the road user charges payable under the First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules (Cap. 276, R 38) in respect of any motor vehicle ridden, driven or moved into a specified entry point on a specified road set out in the First to Ninth Schedules shall be reduced wholly or in part as specified in the second column thereof.
