In exercise of the powers conferred by section 46(2) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order is the Interpretation (Temporary Reduction of Electronic Road Pricing System Charges) (No. 2) Order 2019.

Temporary reduction of charges

2. For the period 16 November 2019 to 31 December 2019 (both dates inclusive), the road‑user charges payable under the First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules 2015 (G.N. No. S 226/2015) (called the principal Rules) in respect of any motor vehicle ridden, driven or moved into a specified entry point on a specified road set out in the First to the Twenty‑First Schedules are reduced wholly or in part at the times and to the extent specified in the second column of those Schedules.
