(Payment Systems (Oversight) Act 2006 — Fees)
(Revocation) Order 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 46(1) of the Interpretation Act, the Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for Social Policies, Prime Minister’s Office, Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, who is charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister as regards payment and settlement systems, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Interpretation (Payment Systems (Oversight) Act 2006 — Fees) (Revocation) Order 2019 and comes into operation on 28 January 2020.

Revocation

2. The Interpretation (Payment Systems (Oversight) Act 2006 — Fees) Order 2006 (G.N. No. S 328/2006) is revoked.
