(No. 3) Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(1) of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) (No. 3) Notification 2020 and comes into operation on 6 April 2020 at 8.30 p.m.

Declaration of isolation area

2. Each of the following premises (collectively known as Toh Guan Dormitory) is declared to be an isolation area for the purpose of preventing the spread or possible outbreak of the infectious disease COVID-19:
