(Acacia Lodge) Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(1) of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) (Acacia Lodge) Notification 2020 and comes into operation on 11 April 2020 at 11.59 p.m.

Declaration of isolation area

2. Each of the following premises of the foreign employee dormitory known as Acacia Lodge is declared to be an isolation area for the purpose of preventing the spread or possible outbreak of the infectious disease COVID‑19:
