International Enterprise Singapore Board
(Assignment of Functions) Notification 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(2) of the International Enterprise Singapore Board Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the International Enterprise Singapore Board (Assignment of Functions) Notification 2014 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2014.

Additional function

2. The Minister for Trade and Industry hereby assigns to the International Enterprise Singapore Board the additional function of collecting, compiling and analysing particulars and information furnished under the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act (Cap. 272A) or any regulations made thereunder, and —

(a)

providing any of its collection, compilation or analysis to a department or division of the Ministry of Trade and Industry which —

(i)	is involved in policy formulation or review; and
(ii)	reasonably requires the collection, compilation or analysis for such policy formulation or review; or

(b)

publishing any of its collection, compilation or analysis in such form as will not identify, and will not be reasonably capable of being used to identify, any person to which the particulars or information relate.
