(Approved Banks) (Revocation)
Order 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(16) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Revocation) Order 2012 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 2nd April 2012.
Revocation
2.  The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 5) Order 2005 (G.N. No. S 510/2005) is revoked.
Made this 2nd day of May 2012.
