Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 5) Order 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(13) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 5) Order 2002 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 5th August 2002.

Approved bank

2. Land Bank of Taiwan is hereby approved as an “approved bank” for the purposes of section 13(1)(t) of the Act.

Made this 6th day of August 2002.
