Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption)
(Exemption) Order 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29(1) of the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act 2015, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) (Exemption) Order 2017 and comes into operation on 1 August 2017.
Application
2.  This Order applies to a licensee holding any of the following classes of liquor licences:
(a)a Class 3A liquor licence granted under regulation 4(1)(e) of the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) (Liquor Licensing) Regulations 2015 (G.N. No. S 181/2015);
(b)a Class 3B liquor licence granted under regulation 4(1)(f) of those Regulations;
(c)a Class 4 liquor licence granted under regulation 4(1)(g) of those Regulations.
Exemption from section 5(1) of Act
3.—(1)  Where —
(a)licensed premises are specified in a liquor licence; and
(b)the licensee also supplies liquor through an online service,
the licensee is exempted from section 5(1) of the Act for the sale of liquor through the online service.
(2)  A licensee is exempted from section 5(1) of the Act for the delivery of liquor to —
(a)any other licensed premises; or
(b)a place that is not a public place.
Exemption from section 6(1)(a) of Act
4.—(1)  Where —
(a)licensed premises are specified in a liquor licence; and
(b)the licensee also supplies liquor through an online service,
the licensee is exempted from section 6(1)(a) of the Act for the sale of liquor through the online service outside of the trading hours applicable to the licensee.
(2)  A licensee is exempted from section 6(1)(a) of the Act for the delivery of liquor, outside of the trading hours applicable to the licensee, to —
(a)any other licensed premises; or
(b)a place that is not a public place.
