Legal Profession
(Revocation)
Rules 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(3) and (4) of the Legal Profession Act, the Board of Legal Education hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Legal Profession (Revocation) Rules 2011 and shall come into operation on 3rd May 2011.

Revocation

2. The following Rules are revoked:

(a)	the Legal Profession Rules (R 3);
(b)	the Legal Profession (Oral Examinations) Rules (R 4);
(c)	the Legal Profession (Fees for Ad Hoc Admission) Rules (R 14);
(d)	the Legal Profession (Practice Training Period) Rules 2009 (G.N. No. S 469/2009); and
(e)	the Legal Profession (Singapore Bar Examinations — Conduct and Discipline) Rules 2010 (G.N. No. S 212/2010).
