| Land Titles (Strata) (Designated Lands) Notification 1996 |

| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Land Titles (Strata) (Designated Lands) Notification 1996 and shall come into operation on 5th April 1996. |
| 2. The housing estates of the Housing and Development Board specified in the Schedule are hereby designated as lands to which section 126A of the Act applies. |
